For that reason this site does not count as a producer of either kind, primary or secondary, under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, and there are no performer records for us to keep.

Pressing Start loads a live chat owned and run by an outside provider. Pictures and sound in that chat pass between its users and the provider, not through us. The provider carries the duties that come with operating such a service, including confirming that everyone on camera is an adult.

Only adults belong in the chat. If you ever doubt that someone there has reached adulthood, end the match and tell the chat provider. A report to the CyberTipline is possible as well: report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678.
